Purchases will be dispatched within 1-3 working days.

Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email from our logistics company, Transnatur. In this email you will find the tracking number and instructions you can use to find where your order is.

If you lose this email, you can contact us through: help@oakandhyde.com and we will send you information about your order.

Size changes

The size change process works as follows:

  1. You will have to return your boots to: Calle Juan Negrín 61, 03203 Elche, Spain. 
  2. You will have to make a new order in our website.
  3. Once we receive your boots*, we will make a full refund of your previous order.

*Please note that the returned products must be unworn, unwashed, complete with all original tags, and in original and resalable conditions. If the products are not in this condition, we can cancel the change and you will still have to be charged the cost associated to the return.

Returns Policy

All of our products are made to a very high and careful standard and we hope that you will be happy with your purchase. However, if you are unhappy for whatever reason, you have 14 days of receipt of your order to return it. We can offer a refund of your order, but you will still have to pay for the shipping costs.

Before 14 days since you receive your order*, you have to send us your boots to: Calle Juan Negrín 61, 03203, Elche (Spain).

Make sure you keep your tracking code, as if there is any problems, you will have to contact us to: help@oakandhyde.com.

Faulty Products 

If products are faulty in some way, please contact help@oakandhyde.com with the Subjectfaulty + your order number.

If you receive a Faulty product, we will generate a return label for you to send it back to us completely free of charge. You will have to send it via your nearest UPS Access Point. You have 14 days of receipt of your order to return your order. We will give you instructions via email on how to proceed.

We may ask you for photographs as well as double check the products once we receive them. If the products are indeed faulty, we will assume the shipping cost and make you a total refund.
